About the Report

This Annual Report includes an overview of the performance results and key events of Public Joint Stock Company Federal Grid Company — Rosseti and itssubsidiaries and affiliates for 2023.

The Report contains information on the goals and priorities of the Rosseti Group, performance in the reporting year ascompared to previous periods, as well as prospects, corporate governance and risk management systems, and approaches to sustainability management.
